Welcome to the team of shoemakers.
Genuine concern for people and the environment is our compass of values. That is why the well-being of our employees is particularly important to us. At legero united, the focus is on people. We always fill positions according to potential – regardless of gender, age or origin. Our Indian plant, for example, has been managed by a woman for many years. And 60% of management positions in our company are held by women. Different locations, different needs
We cater to the needs of the local teams at the different locations. This includes, for example, a company kindergarten and school in India, company buses in India and Romania or an extensive fitness and health programme at the headquarters. As different as the teams are, we are united by the knowledge that we can only be successful if we put our hearts into our work.

The structured onboarding program supports the arrival process. And the nominated buddy accompanies our new team members in the first weeks as a central point of contact.
