Different locations, different needs
We cater to the needs of the local teams at the different locations. This includes, for example, a company kindergarten and school in India, company buses in India and Romania or an extensive fitness and health programme at the headquarters. As different as the teams are, we are united by the knowledge that we can only be successful if we put our hearts into our work.
At work in a flash
Good and quick accessibility by car, bicycle or public transport was important to us when choosing the location. Directly in front of the building, there are covered bicycle parking spaces and sufficient parking spaces available, so that the day can start relaxed and without a long search for a parking space. There are also electric charging stations that can be used for private cars.

We offer our employees time and location flexibility: with flexible working hours and the option to work from home regularly, depending on the area of responsibility.
