Genuine care for people and the environment is our guiding corporate value. That is why we also support a number of social organisations and initiatives. We have been supporting many of the projects we sponsor for years or even decades.
For example, we have been committed to the SOS Children’s Villages for many years or work together with the aid organisation Concordia as an “Impact Angel”.

As an internationally active company, we are also committed to our sites. They are all EMAS or ISO14001 certified and are also subject to an SA8000 Workplace Assessment. At our plant in Vellore, India, for example, we have set up a shuttle service to pick up our employees from their homes in the morning and bring them home again in the evening. The shifts are coordinated with them so that they can optimally combine their private and professional lives. We run a kindergarten and a 10-form school on site, which takes 500 children from the age of 4 up to the middle school leaving certificate, and we also make a contribution to the community.
