Stefan Stolitzka,
Majority shareholder and CEO legero united.
Stefan Stolitzka is a true pioneer – the kind you don’t find in books. He has been contributing his extensive knowledge about shoes since 1991 as managing director and since 1994 as owner of Legero Schuhfabrik GesmbH, in which ara AG became a minority shareholder in 1997. In 2001, he took over the Austrian company Think Schuhwerk GmbH and then formed legero united as an umbrella company for the three brands legero, superfit and Think!. In the Executive Board, he is responsible for the product development for superfit, legero and Think! as well as for Sales, E-commerce, HR, Marketing & Communications and Business Intelligence.
Stefan Stolitzka has always thought not only far, but further. In addition to his work as CEO at legero united, he serves as honorary consul of the Kingdom of Belgium for Styria and Carinthia. He is also the founder of the contemporary art initiative con-tempus. But for the legero united team he is still quite simply ‘our Stefan’.
Morten Bay Jensen,
COO legero united.
Morten has been a team member of legero united since 2016. As COO, he is responsible for IT, Quality assurance and sustainability, Complaint Management as well as Production, Technical Development, Customer Sales Service and Logistics. Before joining legero united, he worked for more than 25 years in top management positions for a leading global shoe manufacturer – including in Thailand, Indonesia and China.
Morten contributes his international experience and extensive shoe knowledge day after day with his Danish charm and noticeable love for the product. And thus ensures that only the best shoes leave our house.
Florian Fuchs,
Managing Director of legero united.
On the Executive Board, Florian is responsible for Sales, E-Commerce, HR, Marketing & Communications, Business Intelligence and Finance. After several years at Deloitte, the Boston Consulting Group and as Managing Director at MM Group, he joined legero united in 2024 and brings extensive expertise in strategy, corporate management and sales. With his affinity for numbers, his enthusiasm for shoes and even more team spirit, he drives innovation forward. His vigour and energy are infectious. And we all at legero united benefit from this.
